The Island of Tenerife

Some of the snaps I managed to take whilst on the gorgeous island of Tenerife. One of my favourite trips so far, travelled there a few weeks ago to enjoy the warm weather and volcanic beaches (and don’t forget my giant donut). I had a wonderful time full of lasting memories and happiness. Always appreciate the world we live in and the things we take for granted in day-to-day life.

So we were there for a week and planned a lot of things to do to keep us busy.

On one of the days we were there, we decided that we would go to Siam Park, good idea ey. We had such a great time, the rides are absolutely thrilling, the Tower of Power is a giant drop water slide and we managed to brave it (after I basically forced Alex to have a go) and the adrenaline was wonderful. We paddled in the man made beach and relaxed in the lazy river. Top Tips: Remember to take water shoes before your feet burn and take a taxi don’t wait for the buses because they’ll all be full. There were so many crazy rides and the sunshine made the day so good.

On another one of the days we decided to pay for a trip around the whole island (not realising how small the island actually is) and the last thing to do was an hour boat trip out into the sea, it’s not always a definite that you’ll see dolphins but we were so lucky to see them. On the way out we bumped into a pod of dolphins, common and bottlenose dolphins, and they were so close to us. It was a once in a life time experience and it was so nice to see these beautiful animals in their natural habitat, unharmed and away from danger.
